Before continuing to travel back to the village, blonde's original plans were to lay down atop the green grass of the plains and rest while the sun was going down . Most ninja would say she was stupid or perhaps lazy to choose such a desicion but it's always good to travel at night since the day's heat wouldn't bother you . The mixutre of orange, pink, and red lit up the shy and made Keri feel at peace but all good times must come to an end . As she began to slowly close her eyes, a few stray words crossed her mind . I know you're scared but I have faith in you . The lips of the girl formed a small frown as she looked up towards the clouds that were spread out over the colored sky as the words her mother, Kaine, had spoke to her before. . . well, her death . It was the night when rogue ninja raided their small village that the closest people to her had died and unlike most people, Keri refused to be let down by her past, which is why she was currently shaking her head to try to rid herself of it for the moment but it proved to not work at all . She knew that her family would want her to happy but sometimes, it was hard . You may lack visual strength but you have courage. . . Her lips parted and a strained sigh passed through before they were closed once more . For weeks, Keri had been sober of these so-called 'nightmares' . She seemed to have relieved them of herself by storaging all her photos and items that reminded her of them but apparently, it was futile because now, out of all times, they decided to spring up when she was most vulnerable . . . .and that's all you really need, Keri . Her eyes became glossy as the voice of her loving mother continued to overcome her thoughts and she leaned forward, going into a sitting position then gripped the grass that was underneath her palms to prevent tears from escaping her eyes . "I failed them .", said Keri as she lowered her head, 'causing her bangs to shield her eyes from the peering world but still any fool could see the crystal-like droplets fall from her face . He didn't really know why he had gotten up so early, it was just that he had. It was probably because his sleep schedule was being flipped around from him getting up in the early hours to train with Kakashi whenever he could. It was often times they would have to work early before he was sent off somewhere with Itachi. Which normally left both Naruto and Sasuke alone with nothing really to do. After all Sasuke, normally trained with his brother and Naruto got Kakashi. That morning however, Kakashi had already told him he couldn't train. And yet his body still had gotten up and gotten dressed preparing for training. It was irritating sometimes how the body just seemed to work that way. Naruto wasn't going to fight his body's instincts though. He probably wouldn't be able to fall back asleep for a while, so might as well get out and do something. After he left his small home, he noticed that not many people were up just yet. Not a normal for the blonde. He normally slept in way past now, and everyone was normally up before him. The blonde let out a soft sigh though. He had wanted to find Sasuke but he guessed that the raven would be training with the Uchiha today, so he didn't even bother going near the raven's home only to be yelled at to go away. Naruto had to admit though, sometimes annoying the hell out of sasuke was just something he did for the hell of it. It was always hilarious to see the Uchiha get mad. He got so frustrated over the stupidest things. And yet at the same time Naruto would wonder how he was such a good fighter when he got mad so easily. It made the blonde honestly wonder why. Naruto wouldn't admit that he and the raven made a good pair too. Both being Level A shinobi, they were a good pair together, knowing each others weakness' and strengths. Naruto let those thoughts rest on his thoughts as he used the free time to train. He didn't realize how long he had been at it until he saw the sun start to lower. The blonde gawked at the sunset his brow filled with sweet from the non stop training. At least he could tell he was getting stronger, he hadn't had a break since he had started and it was already sunset. The blonde really needed to pay attention more often. Naruto glanced around before looking at the sky again. He would probably sleep good tonight. But where was the fun in just going home. Naruto shook his head and wiped the sweet from his forehead with his sleeve before walking toward the flower garden. He knew that the garden had always been a nice spot to watch the sunset. The male had just gotten to the boarder of the garden when his blue eyes caught sight of another figure there. He squinted for a moment trying to figure out just who the person was. As he got closer blonde locks became visible to him. He knew who she was then. Kari. The other biju of the South. He had met her a couple of times but hadn't really spent any real time with the female. The male let out a sigh before he approached her realizing that she seemed upset and was crying. He looked at her sadly before slowly sitting down to her left and putting a hand on her shoulder. "Is everything okay Kari?" he asked softly. He didn't know why she was upset, but he knew when he was upset he would of liked someone to be there for him. But if Kari didn't want any company Naruto would oblige and leave too.
