This technique uses the power of the moon and absorbs the energy of the night, converting energy into useable chakra. However, if this technique is used in the abscence of the moon, then the users energy is drawn into chakra. The side affects of this Kekkei Genkai are simple. The more energy the user must use of their own, the more exhausted they are after battle and sometimes, if all their energy is convereted, then the user will die of energy loss. However, this is only half of Celestia's strange personality. In truth, Celestia does have a kinder side that MANY people will probably NEVER see. She only shows her kinder side to a select few people who have earned the right to see her in such a defenseless state.

Celestia wasn't always this way so she does think of the kinder people in the world as vunerable idiots. By hardening her attitude and acting as if everyone annoys her, Celestia believes she will never be hurt and by sticking to this, she will forever be safe from emotional harm. But for the few people who can make Celestia actually smile, she will drop her guard and become a kind hearted individual...kind of.[/ul]
