She is as playful as she is cheerful, not hesitating to agree to anyone who ask her to play with them. Rather, she would be the one who will ask if she wants to play and tends to play things around at the point that there are times she doesn't take things seriously and thinks everything is all fun and games. As a jovial person, Neiko loves to smile and be happy almost all the time; a bit reclusive when strangers are around but expect her to smile and have the sunny look of hers once you found her and brought her out in the open. She is also, for someone who was almost forgotten by time, quite a trustworthy individual who, instead of feeling threaten by the outside environment, seems to easily trust almost anyone, knowing to her best judgment that her trust to them would come back as well. To others, she will prove that she can be a reliable person and would always keep a promise with her sealed lip. With things to explore and places to go, it's no wonder she's a curious type; just like how a cat gets curious to things they do not know, Neiko seems to be easily excite to things she does not know and tends to wonder what things goes or how it goes. However, there comes a time that Neiko can come off as an annoying person especially with the childish antics she always have. Nobody seems to be sure if all her child-like personality is more of a pain in the backside or a facade wherein her twisted side of her attitude would arise. Not only she is blunt to things she sees and thinks, she can be quite ignorant to anyone's feelings as if she doesn't seem to care their own opinion whatsoever. Aside her bluntness comes her constant lying (like her age or where she belongs or who is she) and cannot seem to find any qualm to stop lying to those she deem distrustful or uninteresting. Like the redness of her hair, Neiko can be easily provoked to things she does not like or to what she disagrees the most, oftentimes acting like a crybaby when deem so or carelessly attack anyone who made her angry. To those she is not familiar with, Neiko is also a reclusive person who tends to stay to her own share and seems not to venture outside her comfort zone, using her child-like personality to shield her actual insecureness towards other people in fear of being rejected in the long run. In battle, there seems to be a small node that Neiko acts a bit different from her normal personality. Despite her distate for battles (claiming it to be barbaric), her personality towards fights seems less than distasteful, tending to actually using her brains and quick reflexes to fight back to her enemies. She taunts them most of the time, only to come in for a surprise attack though her main point is distraction and surprise rather than a frontal fight. Neiko is prone to cheat when it comes to fighting if it means her ticket to survival and the female seems more than happy to voice out her own opinions with the fight. She also won't hesitate to run away when things did not go as planned or knew that the tides are against her, but that doesn't mean she's cowardly; there's a chance she will strike back at any time for a round two and will not hesitate to use trickery or her cunning nature to win a fight or finish a mission. Nevertheless, Neiko seems to be a personality bundled in another personality to hide her fears of being rejected and useless, wanting to show to people that she's not really that bad and that she's just a lonely female wanting to gain attention for once. Her contract is with the cats, mostly small, cute cats though she is able to summon big cats two at a time such as a tiger or a leopard. For some reason, her summon with common, household cats are just for the sake of distraction and tends to act in such cute manner (she would, then, immitate them) just to get what she wants like food. - Pride Rush => A technique that she utilize alongside with her ability as a cat-demon. Using her speed and agility, she can unleash a numerous slash-like attack on every direction towards her enemies with her weapon. She can also use this technique as a form of a defense mechanism where, by using her speed, enables her to bypass normal attacks. However, her jutsu is nothing against a powerful Genjutsu or a wide-range Ninjutsu. - Defense Roll => Another technique utilized by Neiko that enables her to raise up her defense by curling into a ball and using her chakra in a form of a semi-shield. If used as a form of offensive, it can deal a decent amount of damage to enemies though the technique doesn't last too long. - Ash Claws => By focusing her chakra on her nails or to her weapon, she can form claws in which she can use for an additional boost to her attack though it takes up her chakra the longer she maintain her 'claws'. WEAPON/ABILITIES: CAT CLAWS => What she lacks in the jutsu department (how in the world she made it, we'll never know), Neiko makes up with her physical strength and agility as a cat demon as she uses a pair of 'Cat Claws' for a weapon against her enemies/opponents. As a cat-demon, she is bestowed with an agility and speed compared to those of a cat and quick reflexes that enables her to 'land on her feet' as the saying goes. The female relies more on her abilities rather than her ability to conjure a jutsu, though there would be a time that she will use them more than her physical ability. A passive ability of Neiko asides her agility and speed is her heighten hearing, awareness to her surroundings (maximum range of 20-30 km radius) and her ability to see the dark around the 15 km radius from her position. For some reason, she hates water or getting wet but doesn't seem to mind the rain at all. Despite the urban legends about demon childs and orphan stories situation, Neiko lives with her (surprisingly) normal, non-shinobi foster parents and seems more than happy about the child they found in the clearing once upon a time. For amusement, they also seem to not mind about her being a demon whatsoever. She can transform into a ginger-colored cat and tends to use her form to nick some food or for espionage missions. Most of the time it's to attract attention and for food. Neiko is a fan of singing and LOVES to sing at every chance she could get. She doesn't care if it's in the middle of the night or whatever, she sings when she feels like it. Surprisingly, she has a decent voice. RPer originally going to make a different character, but since she need to test run something, have Neiko instead. Mysteriously attracts to catnip, for odd reasons. When she sings, cats sing as well. Don't ask why, it's just it. Also, cats are (unusually) attracted to her. She gets cranky if fed with anything that is sweet. Nobody knows why but she find sweet food sore to her throat.
